The Physical Therapy department (also, known as Move & Grow) at Lake Norman Children’s Therapy provides comprehensive services to children of all ages who experience movement challenges. Our services are provided at the clinic as well as in many schools and in conjunction with early intervention programs in the area. We also offer aquatic therapy at Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics.

Our philosophy is based on the belief that movement is vital for a meaningful life and essential for healthy development. Our goal therefore, is to implement treatment plans specific to each child in order to assist them in the formation of strong, well balanced, and efficient motor function.
